These terms of service govern the use of the Waletynki.pl platform.

Scope of Services

Waletynki.pl provides an intermediary service between property owners and renovation teams. The platform is not a party to any agreement between users and teams.

Registration

Using the platform requires registration. Users must provide accurate contact information. Team registration is handled through the OIDC authentication system (Keycloak).

Code of Conduct

1. Posting offensive, illegal, or third-party rights-violating content is prohibited
2. Using the platform for purposes other than renovation intermediation is prohibited
3. The administrator reserves the right to remove content violating these terms

Liability

The administrator is not responsible for the quality of services provided by renovation teams. The relationship between the user and the team arises from a separate agreement between those parties.

Changes to Terms

The administrator reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of changes on the platform.
